Maybe it's just that no one's spoken to you frankly and shown how a simple mindset breakthrough, and bit of handholding through the initial tough parts, can lead to a beautiful and freeing lifestyle that you don't even have to think about anymore. It becomes no longer what you're TRYING to do - it becomes who you ARE. But here's the thing. A transaction doesn't mean overnight transformation, or that you'll mysteriously wake-up one morning and everything will have changed (I've seen enough of those). You have to put in the work. However, instead of it being guesswork and a lonely journey (that you give up on in week four with guilt and disappointment dominating your confidence), you'll have expert evidence-based planning and support to build the platform and steps for your new habits, mindset, and movement practices. Weekly 90 minute sessions with your coach (a real person, face-to-face, in your own home) will deliver what you need for your next step. One week it might be movement coaching, another might be meal planning or making, it could be a mindset session, or educational workshop. Everything is tailored to you and developing your healthy lifestyle in a holistic manner that sets you up for life. We'll call you, and you get to ask us any questions (we'll probably have some for you too) and we'll tell you about our options. 3. If you've decided you're ready, we'll send you an online health and goal questionnaire. Another time will be set up (either in person or over the phone) to discuss your form and to make sure your personalised plan will fit you just right. 4. First Session! A 90 minute introductory session - goal setting / testing / planning, and a couple of practices for your first week. 5. Second session and beyond - tailored MVMT + MIND coaching.
